We think that asking for sample can show client's sincerity of cooperation. In order to serve clients better and eliminate unnecessary misunderstanding, our company makes the following rules:
Charge rule
If total sample fee is within $10, we may provide sample for free according to the facticity of information, but client need to pay freight.
Return of sample fee
If customer gives large enough order to our company, we will return the sample fee in form of cutting off the sample fee in the later order payment.
Sample quatity
For free sample , we only provide one piece for the same item. For charged samples, there is no limit.
Sample Payment
Once we confirm that the payment of sampled have been transferred to our bank account, we will send the samples immediately.
Facticity
We confirm facticity of new customer's demand according to following rules:
- Fixed contacting method, e.g. address, fixed telephone, websites.
- Company background, e.g., introduction, operating fields, scale and contact person's introduction.
- Reality of inquiring detail. Generally speaking, more specific inquiry, more easy chance of getting samples.
- Other methods we think workable.
The more facticity is, the more priority is.
